Shout out to Lindsay Mancuso for exemplary customer service: On July 28 I was on the GF when a patron called about a bill for books her father said he had returned. I transferred the call to Borrower’s Services where Lindsay took the call. The patron called back and, when I answered, she told me she had found the items and then went on to say that the ‘lovely lady” she spoke to before was so nice and suggested she look again. The patron continued to say how helpful, patient and kind Lindsay had been and she was so grateful for her excellent customer service. Nice job, Lindsay. From Andrea Hogan.
